The fastest way to get an answer or report something odd is Discord. If you already play with a group that uses AlbionZVZ, they may have a server link posted. Otherwise, check the community spaces where the project is announced, or ask a friend who already uses the tool.

For account or login trouble, include what you were doing when it broke and which browser you use. That saves a round trip.
